KappaZeta OÜ is a spin-off company of Tartu Observatory. The main focus is on providing services based on radar remote sensing and deep learning technology to both the public and private sectors. The company has carried out several European Space Agency (ESA) research projects and offers radar data processing services. In addition, KappaZeta participated in the development of an operational grassland mowing detection application for the Agricultural Registers and Information Board (PRIA) and continues to contribute to its improvement. In order to develop new innovative services, cooperation is also being carried out with other European companies (Ireland, Germany, etc.) and payment agencies (Sweden, Denmark, etc.), with the aim of making the potential of satellite data available to everyone.
