GALLERY NIGHT VOL 15

On April 4th, the fifteenth Gallery Night will take place, bringing together all exhibition spaces in the Aparaaditehas and the surrounding quarter, offering fresh art experiences and an exciting program until late at night.


GALLERY NIGHT VOL. 15 MAIN PROGRAM

KETT Gallery – 18:00
Grand opening of a new gallery! KETT is the gallery and shop of the Ajuokse alternative creative community, bringing together artists from the Baltic and Nordic countries, as well as Ukraine, under one roof.

Plantarium – 18:00
Opening of exhibition projects by students of Tartu Art School. Among numerous virtual works and digital paintings, visitors can explore artworks depicting forest life, urban romance, fantasy, and human connections. Additionally, a bar and plant shop will be open, a selection of vintage clothing will be available, and a DJ will be playing music.

Redwall Office and Corridor Gallery – 18:30
Opening of Helen Bunder's solo exhibition "Clarity and Mystery." The exhibition features paintings and drawings created by the artist over the past four years.

Ringne Katselabor Sõõr – 19:00
Opening of the traveling social sculpture "Slow Stitch." This collective creation action draws attention to the culture of haste in capitalist society and rethinks slowing down through manual activity.

Hall of Love – 19:30
Opening of the exhibition "What is a Human?" by painting students of Pallas, curated by Kery Ritval.

TYPA Gallery – 20:00
Opening and artist talk of the exhibition "Strangely Familiar" by Finnish artists Mimma Tuomisalo and Mira Vornanen.

Deepdance Company – 20:30
Deepdance Company performance "Duality," performed by Evelyn Tuul and Elise Nora Pruun.

Kogo Gallery and Showroom – 18:00–23:00
Mihkel Maripuu’s painting exhibition "Exobiota" will be open, along with a sneak peek at the soon-to-open Kogo Gallery showroom, featuring works by Estonian and Latvian artists. The bar is operated by Anderson's Brewery!

Karud ja Pojad / R Gallery – 18:00–23:00
R Gallery presents Ebrahim Bakhshayesh's exhibition "The Art of Miniatures: A Journey Through Sense of Place," while the miniature Haki Gallery Museum features Edward von Lõngus' "The Many Faces of President Päts." The Karud ja Pojad studio shop will also be open.

Loovstuudio Imaginaarium – 18:00–23:00
Alcohol ink workshop "Drop and Ink." Participation fee €15, including all materials, guidance, a glass of wine, and framing. Come and join!

Art & Tonic Gallery – 18:00–23:00
Kristi Kangilaski’s painting exhibition "I Want a Donkey."

N-20 – 18:00–21:00
Open studio showcasing leather products and an ongoing leather keychain-making workshop. Participation fee €20.

Fotostuudio SÄRA – 18:00–23:00
Open photo studio featuring the work of Ukrainian photographer Anna Viaznikova.

Säsin Studio – 18:00–23:00
An open studio combining a recording studio, rehearsal space, and event venue.

Paintbar – 18:00–23:00
Open studio showcasing various workshops, including a structural painting workshop (€55), perfect for individuals or pairs. The price includes one canvas. A bar will be open, and DJ Pisuhänd will provide music.

Pildimasin – 18:00–23:00
Open studio featuring vintage cameras and Rasmus Põllu’s photography studio.

Studio 100 – 19:00–21:00
Open studio with textile artist Aet Ollisaar and interior designer Madis Liplap.

Puente – 18:00–23:00
A new restaurant offering a special food and art menu. Works by Estonian artists such as Riina Varol, Mirjam Hinn, Ahto Eller, Yyhely Hälvin, Anastasia Lemberg-Lvova, Regina-Mareta Soonsein, Kadri Toom, and Janne Lias will be on display.

Exotic Soul Studio – 20:00–21:00
Introductory pole dance workshop open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or prior experience.

TeamCreator – 18:00–22:00
Free personal consultations for job seekers and employers.

Biblioteek – 18:00–21:00
The bookstore will be open later than usual, and all art books and notebooks will be 10% off.

Puhvet – 18:00–22:00
The café will be open later than usual and will offer a special menu.

Krabi × Gaffer – 18:00–23:00
The Krabi bar, relocated from the street tunnel, and the Gaffer mechanics workshop construction are in full swing.

Bass Room – 18:00–23:00
Come and listen to the sound system created by the Tsentrifug team, enhanced by music from local DJs!
