EXHIBITION // "Runnel rooftop art collection"

Stella and Tõnu Runnel found a painting installed as a windbreak as the basis for the roofing, which was most likely created by second and third year students of the Tartu Art School in 1961.

Works by Malle Leisi, Enno Ootsing and Helle Vahersalu have now been identified as the authors. Their tutor at the time was Ilmar Malin, whose 100th birthday was in January, and under whose supervision they painted mainly models and figurative compositions.

The opening of the exhibition will take place on 13 June 2024 at 18:00 and will be open until 27 July 2024.
