"Bristol: Set in Print" toob kokku erinevad trükikunsti professionaalid Bristolist ja toob fookusesse erinevad trükipressid, viies meid läbi nende masinate teekonna, mis kunagi olid tehnoloogiliste edulugude eesrindel, ent täna suuresti hoitud vaid passiivselt muuseumikogude osana.
Charlotte Biszewski on õppinud multidistsiplinaarset graafikat Suurbritannias ning kaitsnud digitaalse ja eksperimentaalse graafika erialal doktorikraadi Wrocławi Kunstiakadeemias. Seejuures pälvis ta parima doktoritöö eest Grotowski stipendiumi. Ta on töötanud Suurbritannias, Brasiilias, Poolas, Norras ja Eestis ning on Mittetulundusühingu TYPA direktor.

"Bristol: Set in Print" brings together different printmaking professionals from Bristol, UK who give insight into various printing machines, taking us through the journey of these machines that were once active at the forefront of technological advances but now remain preserved passively as part of museum collections.
Charlotte Biszewski is currently the director of TYPA centre and is leading an exciting array of innovative actions and initiatives, seeking to combine digital technology with the tactile and traditional world of print. She has studied multidisciplinary graphics in Great Britain and defended her doctorate in digital and experimental graphics at the Academy of Arts in Wrocław.
