Kolm Tilli is a restaurant in Tartu at Aparaaditehas, inspired by street food from around the world. The restaurant’s overarching concept is the preparation of street food – at the heart of the venue is an open kitchen, next to which stands a pizza oven where Neapolitan-style pizzas are baked, and all of this is complemented by a bar that has been designed with the utmost care. Guests can watch as their food and drink are prepared, from the raw ingredients right through to a delicious meal.
